Layton

After Neola we went to Layton to spend some time with my Family.

The kids had a great time playing on Grandma Sharon's piano.

Emily had a birthday while we were there so Apri got to go to her birthday party!! Emily and Apri were connected at the hip while we were at my moms house. One night Apri got to go to Activity Days with Emily. She thought she was so grown up!!

We had lots of fun in Layton. Catching up with old friends and family. Unfortunately the weather was still pretty crappy.....cold and rainy.

I got to have Lunch with my great friends Chelsea and Krista. Chelsea was just about ready to pop she looked so cute pregnant. It was great to see them and catch up with each other.

I got to have Lunch with my friend Steph as well!! I miss her so much and our date nights. I even got have breakfast with one of the Sisters who served here in Murray. Sister Nelson! It was weird to see her without her tag!

We also got to visit with the Stimpson's! Too bad Josh had to work the next day we didn't even get to play a game! :(

And we couldn't miss a date night with the old Aspen Cove gang. I miss hanging out with them sooooo much! I always have a side ache be the end of the night when we get together because I laugh most of the time.

I was lame and didn't get pictures of any of these visits!!! I don't know what I was thinking!!

It is fun to take a month vacation but it would be even better if Wayne could stay the whole time. He can't take that much time off from work, he only had 2 weeks off. So after a few days in Layton he had to head back home. The good thing is before he left he got to see my Grandmother one last time. She passed away two days before he left. Unfortunately he didn't get to stay for the funeral but I was glad that he was there to give me a hug when she passed away. I will blog more about my grandma and her funeral in another post.
