Valentine's Day

We had a fun simple Valentine's Day. We celebrated the weekend before because Wayne had to work on Valentine's Day. I cooked a nice meal and we just spent the night together as a family. I wanted to eat by candlelight but we had the missionaries over so we didn't want it to be weird for them. Although I still think it would have been funny!!

Something fun Apri got to do for Valentine's Day is she got to bring a friend to her dance class. She brought her good friend Rachel and they had a really fun time together.


I found this awesome Valentine's Day shirt that I love. I have a funny story that goes with this shirt. Wayne came home and said "Oh, you got a new shirt" He was really proud of himself for noticing because he doesn't usually notice things like that. Then later that night I walk into the room and he says "Oh, you love me, your shirt says you love me" It just cracked me up that he had noticed I had a new shirt but he didn't notice what it said! :)

It was a fun day! Always great to spend time with those you love!
