On Friday night we went to a Pumpkin Patch. We had a really fun time. It was kind of sad at the same time because it made me homesick. I always loved going to the pumpkin patch with my family. We went with the Bakes, they always fill us in on things to do here. The people who run the pumpkin patch were so nice they opened up just for us. Usually they only do school groups during the week. They had lots of fun things for the kids. A hay castle, corn pit, animals to feed, corn maze, tricycles to ride....fun fun fun!! And of course we found our pumpkins!

I am in the spirit of Halloween. I decorated our house and we have been reading lots of Halloween books! I LOVE this time of year!

I wish I loved Halloween more for my kids but I just don't really like it. Since it falls on Sunday this year I think we are going to play with Kamie and her family.
