P90X

I started p90x this week! It is kickin' my butt! I am soooo sore. I am trying to loose the rest of my baby wieght and some exrta pounds I have been carring around for a few years. Me and my friend Cashelle started a wieghtloss blog to help us keep eachother motivated. Hopefully we will have success!! :) Wish us luck!

9 Months

A little update on Tyson at 9 months. I can't believe that Tyson is 9 months old already. So crazy it seems like he was just born and now he is almost 1 yr old.

Tyson is a busy boy! He loves to sneak into the bathroom when someone leaves the door open and play with the toilet water. He will lift up the seat with one hand and splash with the other. SO GROSS!! Little stinker! My other kids NEVER DID THAT!! He also will jet to the stairs if you don't have the baby gate up. He laughs when you catch him and just starts climbing up faster. He loves to climb on anything and everything. He keeps us on our toes that is for sure!!

 He is starting to talk he says Hi and Ma Ma. He waves and claps. He can walk while pushing something. He has no fear so I am sure he will be walking in the near future. He loves to crawl on Camden and smash him. It is soooo funny to watch. He is such a boy!! He loves to eat. I can't think of anything he doesn't like to eat. He is a very good baby unless he is teething! He has 6 teeth now. He loves his sister!! Gives great loves. He will also play catch with you if you throw him a ball. He still likes to be swaddled and he pulls my hair or plays with my clothes while I nurse him. The pulling of the hair can be annoying.

The doctor said he looked great at his checkup. Long and skinny, 18lbs and 29inches. He said he is flexible and active so he will probably be athletic. That was music to Wayne's ears....well our ears!! :)

DL X 2= FUN

A week ago we spent 2 days at Disneyland, we had a blast!!! We met my Cousin Karen and her family my Aunt Trudy and her hubby Dave were there too. The sad part was Wayne couldn't make it he was out of town on business. Apri was so excited to go with her cousins and to stay in a hotel. Camden was excited too we told him a few days before we went and he asked several times every day until we went if we could go to Disneyland. It was cute! It wasn't too busy and the weather was great. I was so nervous to have all three kids with me and no Wayne to help!! It worked out fine because I had lots of helpers!! I couldn't have done it without Karen, Charles, Trudy, and Dave!! They were so great to help me out the whole time. Even with all my helpers I was still one tired mama after our trip. It was worth it though we all had such a great time. Lots of laughs and fun!

I ran into my brother Aaron it was shocking!! He He!! He looks just like my brother!

Apri was lucky this trip. She was chosen to talk to Crush at the talk with crush show, she got to dance with Mary Poppins and Burt, and a band that was playing threw her some beads. She felt pretty special.

We watched the World of Color show it was AWESOME!! I want to see it again! It was really neat to watch. We had lots of yummy food and treats. The lines were short so we got to ride on a ton of stuff. I even got to go on some big rides because Trudy and Dave were so nice to watch my kids while I rode. Another highlight for my kids was Karen got them play cellphones!! They thought that was the greatest thing ever, they still play with them constantly! It was another fun filled trip to Disneyland!!

Helping Hands

We got to help with a local service project here one Saturday. We were assigned to go to a home and do yard work. The kids did their best to help. It always feels good to help others. We helped an elderly woman who had broken her legs and could no longer do her own yard work.

After working hard we played hard. We went home and swam in our pool. Then we had a BBQ with the Stephens and the Missionaries. It was a busy, fun day!! I should have taken pictures of the fun part....oh, well!!

As a side note the Stephens are a family from our ward they have a daughter who is 7 named Savannah. Savannah and Apri love to play together. I get to visit teach with Mary and Wayne serves with Bill in young men's. We just get along really well with them and have become good friends with them!! :)

LUCKY!!

Wayne has been lucky!! He is training and getting his scuba licence and he got to go deep sea fishing!! WITHOUT ME!!!! Why, you ask?? For his new calling. He is working with the young men now, he is the venture crew leader. They get to go do cool things and I am jealous!!

Every time Wayne comes home he has a story about someone eating something gross or doing something stupid!! I guess boys will be boys! The scary part is I have two boys! Yikes!

Easter Sunday

The Easter Bunny came to our house again this year!! We are so lucky. We got baskets full of goodies. I love to watch how excited Apri and Camden get over the smallest and simplest things. They enjoyed everything they got. Can't post the pictures of Camden for some strange reason he has no pants on!! Ooops!

In the evening we had a big Easter dinner here at our house with some other orphan families. We had the Larsen's, the Wentz and Ben's family. We had a great time with all of them here. We enjoyed yummy food and a great visit. I don't know why I don't have any pictures of us eating dinner.....guess I was slackin' again! :)

Our ward had a fun little Easter brunch. The kids had a great time! Apri was looking high and low for the golden egg but never did find it she was so disappointed. Camden was thrilled with the candy in his eggs. Tyson was just happy to be outside he loves to be outdoors.

This year we colored easter eggs at the Larsen's house. Cashelle and I were brave and did it without our hubbys help. We had a fun time and our eggs turned out cute.
