Meet Little "C"

We would like for all of you to get a chance to meet the newest member of our family, Camden Wayne Larson. Camden was born on Oct. 28 at 5:04 pm weighing in at 6 lbs 13 oz and 20 inches long. This also happened to be Great Grandpa Larson's 95th Birthday and Camden is the first boy on the Larson side to carry on the Larson name.

Camden all wrapped up.

Apri meeting Camden for the first time, two days later. Due to all the H1N1 going around kids under the age of 12 couldn't go past the Hospital Lobby. Thanks Grandpa and Grandma Larson for watching Apri so Wayne's hand could be there to squeeze during labor.

Kentucky

Some of you may be wondering why would we be blogging about Kentucky. Well earlier this week I (Wayne, Renee is a little occupied right now) accepted a job in Murray, Kentucky. For those of you who don't know where that is, I didn't either until I went there at the first of the month. It is located in Western Kentucky, about two hours Northwest of Nashville, Tennessee. As of right now we don't have an exact date of when the move will take place, but it is looking like it will be towards the first of the year. Those of you who will be passing through on your way to the Derby feel free to stop in.

Pumpkin Patch

On Wednesday night we went to J&J pumpkin patch. This is a tradition for me and my family. It was fun as always! Sadly my mom didn't get to go because she was working. It was just our family and Brian's family. Apri had a great time with her cousins. After the Pumpkin patch we went to the corn maze out in Syracuse. They have a courtyard with tons of fun stuff for kids. Apri loved it!! We stayed much longer than I had planned so by the time we left we were all starving because we hadn't had dinner yet.

Trying to find the perfect pumpkin.

Bouncing in the Pumpkin...Apri couldn't get up, Emily was so nice to help her!

Teeter-totter....teeter-totter.

This was Apri's favorite part of the night. A four-wheeler would pull the kids around in these little carts. She liked the bumpy ride!

Alive and Well!

Just thought I would let you know that we are still here!! I haven't had the energy or motivation to blog! It makes me sad because I love to do it...I just always forget the camera lately. I feel like I can't post without a picture it just isn't right! I guess words will just have to suffice this time. Here are a few of the things we have been up to.

We had a scary trip to the hospital! Apri gave us a scare but she is fine now. Apparently passing out is a symptom of the swine flu....who knew??....not us, or the doctors!! I also had my own battle with the flu. It wasn't fun being sick but we are glad that we have the flu behind us so that hopefully we can keep the baby well.

The baby should be here any day now. My due date is Nov. 4th but I am already dilated to a 2 and 60% effaced. So we will see, I know I am ready!!! This last month of pregnancy drags and drags and drags!! Apri is very excited to be a big sister. She talks about all the things she will get to help the baby with. She will be a great helper!

We went to Lagoon last week. Wayne got some tickets through work so we were happy to go for free! It was fun to watch Apri on the rides. She would find a ride she liked and go on it 2 or 3 times in a row. It wasn't very busy so sometimes she didn't even have to get unbuckled. Doesn't get much better than that!

Wayne has been interviewing for several jobs. We should have official plans soon so we will keep you posted on that.

I am not going to be working anymore. It is very bitter sweet for me. I am sooooo excited to be home with my kids. I will just really miss my job because I do love what I do. I also love the people that I work with, and I will miss them. Apri is very excited, I told her "When the baby comes mommy isn't going to go to work anymore." So now almost every time I go to work she reminds me "Mommy when the baby comes you get to stay home with me!" She is so sweet!

I do have a few pictures!!

We went to the Zoo with some of Apri's friends! They loved it!

Apri practicing her football skills.

Apri fishin' with daddy.

Just a random picture of our cute little girl! I couldn't believe how grown up she looked in this outfit!

All in all we are doing great!!!

Hopefully I can get with the program and remember my camera and become a bloggin' queen again soon!
