MY FAVORITE PRINCESS!

Apri's new favorite thing to do is dress up and pretend she is a princess! She loves to put my shirts on and pretend they are beautiful dresses. I love to watch her use her imagination! She loves sleeping beauty so every time she dresses up I have to sing "Hail to the princess, hail to the princess, hail to the princess Apri!!!" She is so much fun, I just love my princess!

I have been putting this post off because I wanted to put some pictures with it! Here is the story! Two weeks ago we had a new member join our family! Taylor and Curtis(Wayne's brother) had a new baby girl and named her Olivia! When she arrived there were some complications and she wasn't able to come home at first. So because we didn't want to be in the way we waited and prayed for her recovery! Well she got home last week and is doing great! We finally got to go and see her for the 1st time on Sunday night. Being the dork that I am I forgot my camera! So here I am stuck with no pictures! You can just take my word for it she is beautiful and perfect! We had such a nice visit! Apri was so gentle and loved Olivia! Of course she also enjoyed playing dress-ups with Ansley(her other cousin).

So I guess the short version of the story! Is we love our new niece and we are so glad she is home and doing well! Sorry no cute photos to enjoy! Congratulations Taylor, Curtis and Ansley!!!!!

Valentines Day!

Just wanted to post a little blurb about what we did for the Valentines Day weekend. On Friday night we went to a Valentines Dance! Wayne couldn't come so that stunk but we still had a nice time. We went with Brian's family and my mom. Apri had so much fun dancing with her cousins. She also got her face painted and wanted to show everyone her hearts! The funniest part of the night is we asked boys to ask Kayla, and Megan to dance. They were so embarrassed!! Secretly I think they enjoyed it!

On Valentines day Wayne was so sweet and brought home roses for me and Apri! We loved them and displayed them proudly! Apri loves to smell them every morning before we eat breakfast. On Valentine's night Wayne and I enjoyed a night out with some friends. We had a great time! We ate at Boston's and then went bowling! I kicked Wayne's butt the first game and then he kicked mine in the second game. All in all we had a fun holiday! Hope you all enjoyed yours too!
